I remember following you back in those days ā„ and tbh it doesn't surprise seeing all my faves quitting the so-called "dream job"; after all, things have changed A LOT and nowadays it's just so different and doesn't feel as great as it did in the early days of blogs and lookbook.nu (please tell me you remember that site hahaha).
I tried being an influencer in 2015 and wasn't successful at it (thank god!) but I only quit in 2020-2021 when I realized that trying to "make it" as a fashion influencer had made me addicted to shopping. I'm actually launching a newsletter about it in November as a way of both keeping myself accountable and having a place that takes record of my progress, but it's been a long journey.
I highly welcome you to this site. Sure, it's "yet another app", but for the most part it focuses more on words than images and its consumption is slower.
